Dynamically Added Columns in Crystal Report

Hello,

I have situation in crystal report where i need to print the details.
In a tabular format.
ex:-
Report should be like this

Empl Dep1 Dep2 Dep3 (One possiblility)
Empl Dep2 Dep3 Dep4 (Anothe possibility)

Empl Dep 1 Dep2 Dep3......These are the column headers(caption) data will be in Detail section.

Any help.
