SharePoint Products Configuration WIzard Issue

Hi All,

I have successfully installed SharePoint server 2010 in my Windows 8 RTM machine. Now I’m trying to setup SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard but it is getting failed at Step 2(unable to create configuration database) with the below exception
“An exception of type system.security.cryptography.cryptographicexception was thrown. Keyset does not exist” PFA for the exception thrown

I have tried the below steps to resolve the issue but could not succeed
• Gave full control under permissions for NETWORK ACCOUNT for C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\14
• Cleared the register key present at SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Web Server Extensions\14.0\Secure\FarmAdmin and ran the configuration wizard.

Could you help me out in resolving the issue
