Is there any way to load in div or iframe and compare two word documents without download?

Yes and no.
If a view like in "Goole Docs" is good inough, than yes (but not simple) - if more is needed than no.

Do we have any other solution other than ASP.NET ? I need to approach the same in Angular javascript web application.
