textbox enter value then select row with in db

above database column

when textbox 0.16 inserted then 0.15 to 0.17 selected row

when textbox 0.32 inserted then 0.30 to 0.39 selected row and get value..

Information to include - is the data as displayed in one column or three columns? (If it's just one then you need to address the problem with your schema as well).
When the text box contains 0.16 which of the tow "0.15 to 017" rows do you want or do you need them both?

Above my table look like
when textbox value 0.32 insert enter then check Clearity="IF",color="D then textbox get record 1000

Okay and the question/problem is what? Why cannot the "color" be b for .16 or blank/null for .32?
