Need Help in Routing in MVC3

I need a help on the below mentioned problem , am stuck on this.
I have a scenario to route like Companyname/Role/Action/{id} format . [Companyname and Roles are getting after the user login. It may vary based on loginned user , their is many company name and each company has many manager , many staff] . how can we achieve this one.
[Controller name is Admin - always , but have to look url like Companyname/Role/Action/{id} , ie MYCompany/Manager/ProfileView/25 etc.. , need to show Companyname/Role instead on Controllername]
Can you help me Please .
