JQUERY SLIDER ISSUES - CodeProject

I am facing some issues with Jquery Slider, here is the link http://englishonmobile.in/newwebsite/EOMnew/who.html

First of all it does not shows all the slides equally and secondly it has not smooth transition.

That seems to be a very old plugin. Did you try playing around with the configuration options?

The image width is 226px and you are specifying 124 for scroller_images_width in scroller initialization. try changing this value.
