is it possible to get pdf's document properties using Adobe Acrobat SDK or plugin?

Dear Friends,

for my window application,i need to get pdf's document properties like tagged pdf value,text or image pdf value.

i have tried itextsharp dll abd pdfbox also.But i can't find thhose values.Is there any acrobat SDK or plugin to do the things?

i don't know about Acrobat SDK and plugin.wat can we do with SDK and plugin?
