mail exchange server

I have configured micrsosft exchange server in windows server 2008 r2.I have created users in active directory also then i configured mail box in which i have different users that i created in active directory.Then I go in dns server in which i created mx srever, cname, under my domain.and i can send and receive email in the mail box in local network using outlook.But issue is that i have my web site in which users can sign up and these user add in sql server but how i can add these users in the mail box to send and receive emails.how i can integrate my sql server with the micrsoft exhange server.i configure my local network in which user can send emails using our domain name using outlook.but i want when user sign up in my website these users also automatically add in our mail box user of our domain and able to send and receive emails.I hope you guys understand my question.

And also configured IIS server through which in local network client can access my web site.
