Free/Busy Information - Exchange 2010

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out what would be the best approach to get free/busy information form Exchange 2010. I have Googled this for a whole day now, and eventually decided to ask the pro's.

I'm not whether I should make use of the Exchange Availability Service, Exchange Web Services or Outlook Web Access? Furthermore, example of how to accomplish this is a bit scares.

So could anyone please point me in the right direction.
