How to get a form to populate fields in asp.net

Hello. I am trying to see if I can get a form to populate the textbox fields with data from one of my database. Can this be done? What I am looking for is to login as a user and click on a link that will take me to a report form and the report form will already be filled out from the data from the database for that form. And depending on which user logsin, can the form display different data depending on the user? Like if I am CEO of ABC Company and I want to see ABC report it will show up. Or I am CEO of XYZ company it will show XYZ company report. Can all of this happen on one form?

Yes, it can be done with one form!
What have you done so far?
What kind of database?

I am using sql database on asp.net
I just made the form so far. No code yet.
