How can i export at from Sql server 2008 R2 to MS-Excel 2007, i had tried with MS-Excel 2003 and it works fine but dont work with 2007.so there is any change in code please provide

An easy way to export data to excel 2007 is to use SQL Server Management Studio. There are few detailed articles about exporting data to excel, using SSMS.
