How to avoid flicker while updating a nested GridView?

I am developing a wall similar to facebook (comments within posts) using Nested GridView and its working fine, except that when i add a comment the GridView which contains comments resets reloads and scroll resets to the first comment. I want to make this wall as smooth as possible and also minimize the load on server. How can i achieve this?
