Hosting WCF Service using IIS

I've Hosted a service using WCF 4.5.. But i cant able to consume the service in my WPF client...

The Problem was if i use the WCF service which i hosted from ASP.net means my program works fine...

If i to with the service which i hosted using IIS means... i cant get the output... But i can able to see service page in my browser ,

suggest me to overcome this issue

You need to be more clear? Is there an error? What happens? You can see the service in your browser so can you add a service reference in Visual Studio?

No its not an error.. my Service hasn't worked initially.. Later i updated the sevice... Now its working....
