How to read the path to an ini file to another ini file

So i have this xxx.ini file with this sectionand this path written in this section:
[Serial]
ConfigPath = c:\Work\Test\v1_01\02 Source code\Test.ini
how do i read this path ? and use it to acces the test.ini file from where i have to take some data and insert it into a CStringList?
Please show me a example code :) thank you!
