Solution 1

Some of the things you could try as solutions -

1) Register the ASP.Net handlers again.
2) Clear out the temporary files and try loading the page again.
3) Make sure you are running the web site under the right user.

but it was a problem in server where I had uploaded my website and it has been solved by them...
