asp.net membership provider

friends I am creating users in asp.net membership provider (from menu website>>Asp.net configuration)
but when I click on security Tab of asp.net membership provider website
I got an error :"unable to connect to sqlserver database"
I dont understand it.
please help me to understand this poblem

Have you run the command that creates all of the tables, etc, in SQL Server? You need to run aspnet_regsql.exe (probably found in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727). Once this is done you should be good to go. There is a lot of good information both here (CP) and on the web regarding this issue.
