Interface between HTML5 UI layer and business layer

Hi,

I would like to developed application which uses HTML5 as a UI layer (for rich UI) and business logic layer either in C# /C++ (VC++ on VS2010). Please suggest me which way to go and what would be the interface between these two layers.
