How to print Gridview data in asp.net c#.

My Dear Friends,
am working on asp.net Project, using Asp.net c#, SqlServer 2005 Database.

I have data in Gridview, and i have a print button to PRINT this data.

I need a good print out with logo as header and gridview and in footer with printed date and time.

The printout must be good looking.

Please can you help me.
