SSRS Report Error while setting Header Row

I am using Sql Server Reporting Service 2008 .When we set Header rows by

Goto Row Group then select purticular column to be set as header and then go to properties page

set Repeat on each page - True
Keep with Group - After

While seeing preview,we face the Following error

The tablix has invalid tablix member .All the Tablix member elements in the Tablix Column Hierarchy must have the repeat on new page property set to false

help me to solve this problem

Solution 1

1. You add parent group first.
2. Right click at the first column of the first row and chose Tablix Properties
3. In General you can see Row Headers. please check at Repeat header row on each group

I have tested and run smoothly

Thank you for help ,But I have a restriction that I cannot add a parent group for that purpose
.But I found the solution

The problem was , I was selecting each static element from the column group for the header row and changing its properties.That is why the error shows like cannot change RepeatOnEachPage to True KeepwithGroup to After for the Tablix member elements in the TablixColumnHierarchy

So the solution is select the Static row from the Row group(lower left corner of designing page) only and change its propertis of RepeatOnEachPage and KeepwithGroup to True and After respectively
