Exception while clicking on new website

Hello,

I had installed vs2010. When i am clicking on New -> Website its giving me below exception

"Exception has been thrown by target of an invocation".

When i click New -> Project its not showing any templates. Can anyone suggest solution for this.

You are not installing all the components....

ultimate. Another system have same configuration, its working fine in that system.
