Exception while creating a New Project/File/WebSite in Visual Studio 2010 Professional Edition

Hi,

Whenever I try to create a new project/file/website in Visual Studio 2010 Professional Edition, it throws the following exception:

"Provide value on System.Windows.Baml2006.TypeConverterMarkupExtension' threw an exception."

Could someone please help me to resolve this. Thanks for taking your time.
