finger on multiple buttons or images, android

hello,

i need a big button with buttons inside.
i need to activate the big container button when is touched and activate the child buttons when were touched to. no matter where was the finger before (down, move or up)

my real question is if i implement the ACTION-DOWN and ACTION_MOVE of keyevent. can i detect when the finger is on each button, the big and the childs buttons. i repeat, no matter where was the finger before.

notice that when the finger is on a child buttons, it is on the big button at he same time.
