OK, this is probably hopeless, but here goes anyway...
Has anyone worked out, or know of, for VS 2012, a way of displaying a separate TFS Pending Changes Window in the same way as Visual Studio 2010?
It looks as though Microsoft have nailed it into Team Explorer. This means I can no longer leave the list of pending changes at the bottom of the screen and use it to move between files. I if wanted to do that I now have to swap between Solution Explorer and Team Explorer then select the Pending Changes "tab" within Team Explorer.

I have all sorts of words I could use to describe this change, unfortunately none of them are polite and my mood could best be described as murderous.
Oh and I'm another one who thinks the "monochrome" interface fell out of the ugly tree and hit every single branch on the way down.
