How to share some specific data from my asp.net website to face book?

Hi I am working on asp.net website in which i have given the functionality of sharing URL with Facebook . Now i want to add the same for sharing some data with Facebook . My whole data is dynamic and share button created by me is also dynamic. There are 20 share button in one page.each button contain different text value. My motive is to share the particular value with Facebook.I want to know how i can do these using java script.and same thing for Google+also.
I am working on the question bank website which contain all types of question whether it is technical or aptitude or any type of interviews quetions. In that i have to give these question sharing functionality with Google and Facebook. when user clikc on Google+ link the particular question will come in the Google share content and same for Facebook also.

Please Help Me in these.

You'll need to read up on the facebook api and the google+ api.

I read all the api but i am not getting proper ans.

I have not used the api before. However, no one can help if you don't share where you are stuck? You should use the improve question link, post your relevant code, and then very clearly show where you are stuck.

If u want sharing URL functionality then search in google and see videos on youtube you will get solution for sure...:)
