reading all the sentences in a word doc and manipulate that line in C#

I have a document and want to read the whole document by sentences and modify the sentences
with some user defined header and save it again in c#.The problem I am facing is to get the individual line.
could you please send me some sample code which will be an optimized one and I can use it.

or else is there any api available which can be used to do that.I want to do it in C#.
