Stimulsoft Report is Not Opening

My Operating System is Window 7 Professional and browser is IE9. Stimulsoft Report is Not Opening. On Same PC it is Opening in Chrome. i am using Stimulsoft with C# and asp.net.

Need Urgent Solution.
