retrieve records between 6:00AM to 14:00PM

Good day experts, can anyone tell me how to retrieve records between 6:00AM to 14:00PM? i want to sum up all the details between the given time to my crystal report. i tried running total like this "CTime(CurrentDateTime) IN CTime(#06:00#) TO_ CTime(#14:00#)" and it displays the record(this is for shift1)
but when i create another running total for shift2 with the same code,it does not display any records.

im creating this report for my daily report which is i have to display the the records per shift

You may used the wrong data to sum. Double check everything and try again.
