I want to know how can I detect the Manufacturer of my Router Wifi from his MAC Address,with c# ?!

Neither C# nor .NET nor the CLR have internal data bases containing MAC addresses and the corresponding manufacturer. So you have to provide that data.
Tell us the form of the data and where you get stuck converting it so we can help you.

Where are you getting the database that maps MAC addresses to Manufacturers from?? What format is it in??
