How to fire events for icons

Its application very nice.look for application go thorough below link.

But How to fire events for Image icons in the example.
In my requirements whenever click the add icon then add new node below and whenever click delete icon that node will be remove from treeview. but in this i didnt get events for icons.
If you have any idea for events fire for Images, help me pls.
