C1Flexgrid to Devexpress Grid control

Hello everyone,
I am doing a project in which i have used C1Flexgrid
but now i want to use devexpress grid contol instead of that.
But the propertied are too much different.
Please can any one suggest me how to use
same properties as in Flexgrid to devexpress grid contol.
