C# using AForge to detect motion from webcam

I am new with AForge and I have an Idea and I want to use it for implementing it. I want to implement a simple game that one can play using motion of his hand, that's if he move his hand left, right, up or down the computer can detect the direction of motion and executes a motion in the same direction in the game.

How can I use AForge for this? or what can I use instead of it ?
