load items to combo box according another como in mvc4

i'm coding in MVC4 .and i'm new.
i have 2 combobox . Country-como And Cities-combo.i use Kendo. i wanna when select a country in first combo , it's cities load in second como. i know i must use selected index change in my java script code. is it possible put a sample ? or explain it . thanks
