Compiled LibYahoo2 or any Yahoo pager client sample in .net

I want to create a Yahoo pager client. I found a client in VB.net but it doesn't work. I found a library name Yahoolib. I think it's wroted in C/C++ language and i can't understand that and i can't compile that. Is there any comiled version of YahooLib? Or a working Yahoo client sample in .Net?

i con't unserstand what u say,i hope this is may be hepl you webbrowser control is using to access webpages.

Place the control on page.
in webbrowser control property->navicateUrl ="www.yahoo.in"
