I need code of C#
First, i have scanned a image in picture box control and then i want to save that image to sql database using c#. Also, how to give the filename and filepath for that image.

It would really help us help you if you told us why the answers to the exact same question others asked and you are asking now did not help you. So we do not end up repeating ourselves with solutions that you have tried already and they did not work for you.

"Scan a image in picture box" is already a gibberish. You scan it in a bitmap, and a picture box is just a control, something totally irrelevant and not necessary. Short answer is: strong is absolutely obvious (storing a bitmap), but comparison is extremely complex problem, related to image recognition and related AI...
