when i try to login from webform then i see the error like this..
plz tell me whats that problem.

My error is:
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt

Question 1... is this happening on every machine you try accessing the site from?

Without seeing your code that starts this query with the user login it's impossible to tell you what went wrong.

Bad luck. With Google, I can find quetsions of this type without any useful answers only...
Just one advise: the application could run correctly with .Net 3.0 instead of .Net 4.0.
