Do you have IIS installed?
Do you have iisreset somewhere on your computer?
Is the location of iisreset in your path?

Solution 1

You likely do not have IIS on your computer. If you do, then your path is likely incorrect. Go into Admin Tools and see if IIS Manager is there.
