How to retrieve Gridview Data t to Excel?

hi all,

i am developing SharePoint visual webpart for Save from sharepoint gidview to excel.

in that webpart i have to export the gridview/datatable data into excel spread sheet programatically.

how can i do this??

please post your responses and share a solution.

He said a Web Part and they don't have the FORM tag.
