images not displayed in chrome only ?

the same link is working with internet explorer and Firefox can anyone please help with this

Can you clear the cache of all the browsers and check again. If it still doesn't show, inspect the image link using web developer tools and see what's wrong.

Look through chromes settings. It likely blocks local file system resources.
