Connecting to DB2 database through Report Builder 2.0

I have Report Builder 2.0 and want to fetch data from a DB2 database located on a remote server. The DB2 database is exposed in the form of a Data Source located on a report server. It is a ODBC datasource and in the connection string the DSN is mentioned instead of Data Source and Initial Catalog.

Now when I connect to this data source and try to create a dataset for it, it gives me an error "Cannot find the DSN..". Please suggest what is the best possible solution to it.

Also, let me know whether we can create a embedded data source using the server name and database name for the DB2 database.
