active directory issue in asp.net

if i am using to activedirectory.

when user is login using his user credentials if user credentials are available in both active directory and sql server it's can be accessed if user is available in only active directory it's can error message.how to implement that

So you want it to be that if the user is in active directory that they have to be a user on sql server as well?

Check if they have access to SQL and if not write an error.
