i have a program make..when i upload an image/photo to my account, I can view my photo and my albums..but the problem is when i logged in to a different account, I can still view the photo that I uploaded in a different account..It should not be..What im trying to emphasize that you can only view your photo in your account only..you cannot view another photo to another account..what is the best remedy for this...?what should i do?is there a need of validation?please help..

not facebook or twitter..the website i make..i make a website where in you can create an account..you can log-in to your account and upload photos...

the scenario is this..lets say we have 2 accounts name john and mark..if john log-in he can upload photos and view as well..but if mark log-in to upload a photos, still the photos of john appear..what i mean is that if john log-in, only john can view his photos and likewise with mark..I mean there should be a privacy..how to do that..?

You don't have to. When you get a number, you don't have to change the locale of the whole system. There is a neutral locale:
