Generally speaking, you can't - to prevent people sending emails "to everyone" and clogging the internet up with spam.

You may find that your email hosting software can be configured to not require a password, but it is unlikely to have been enabled, and it is a very poor idea to do so. Use an username and password like everyone else! (Or are you trying to send email from a system that isn't your own and that you don't have the authority to use?)
