How to set fix prefix using Mask Edit Extender in asp.net

I have to set +91########## in a textbox using Mask Edit Extender. +91 is a country code which is fix prefix in a textbox and user enters only 10 digit Mobile Number.

can be a solution. Also if you want to get a number with '+91',then at the time of processing add +91 to number string or check if its already there or not.
