Image Comparison Methods for UITesting

I have two images to be compared. I used pixel by pixel comparison. However this will not be consistent. Can anyone let me know how does Compare method of ImageComparer class work internally. Does it do Pixel by Pixel comparison?

Not being inconsistent is great. Why would you change it?

If you want to compare two images, there's no way other than comparing all the pixels. Be they in pixel format or plain bytes.
