windows phone dynamic scaling of images in mvvm

How to do the following in windows phone 8 using MVVM.
Images are brought from the DB and will be displayed as in the image . It is not necessary that 1 big image will be followed by 2 small images and they may be of any size and on click of any have to go to the detail view .
