PrintPreview in DevExpress

my gridcontrol binding to database(by dataset or disign)and properly displayed

One method of gridcontrol is called for export data to Different format(xls,pdf,xml,...)

this line useed metod: gridControl.ShowPrintPreview();

this metod working properly now but At some time not working

Teachers can advise me.
