saving user url in to his account

hai all,
now i'm working on some security apps...i have a requirement like ....when client clicks the button in any page( he is in company website) with his account then the current page url can saved and it appears in particular folder dedicated to his account (like home page) ....can any one help me out

Help you with what? You would need to ask some sort of a question or describe a problem before you could reasonably expect any kind of help.
