Creating document treeview structure acc to users permissions

I want to display document structure in treeview in C# Winform application.But Users login who has permissions for readwrite can view appropriate structure.How should i achieve this .Please tell me ...

"document structure" means what ? The DOM of a web-page ? What does a user who logs-in without read-write permissions get to see: nothing ?
