Solution 1

It contains all the common files used by the IDE.

Not sure what your question is though, open the folder and see what's in there, why do you need to know the "use" of it?

In my project i have Images folder.

and an mail option (button click) for sending Mail or to save as Pdf.

when i click on Button ..
The Html Parser in code for conversion of pdf asking for --- could not find path "Common7/Ide/Images"

when i put my images in this folder it is working..

Is safe to put my Images in this folder

No, you should not add or subtract files from this directory. There is something else that is going wrong, you may need to post your code for us to see and help.
