What exactly do you want to achieve? What do you mean by "IDE color system".
There is no such thing as Visual Studio 2010 Form color. Form is the concept of the .NET FCL, in particular, System.Windows.Forms.

To change the color (background color, I presume), you need to use these properties of a form:

Please see my comment to the question. It's not clear what would you mean by "IDE color system", but perhaps you mean the IDE for changing color properties. Please see:
